This is the last Will and Testament of me Frederick Power of Oderin being sound of mind & weak of body this eighth day of January 1919.

My life insurance with the Sun Life Co. of Canada Policy No. 169312 at $1000. to be drawn and placed in the Savings Dept. of the Bank of Montreal to the credit of my wife Margaret Power & not to be drawn except for necessity until my sons John & William attain their majority;

The Property situate at Oderin with all appertaining thereto to come into the possession of my two sons John & William & my daughter Mary in equal shares between those three children;

My wife Margaret Power is to assume all control of said property in every shape and form;

Given at Oderin this eighth day of January 1919 & signed by said testator who in our presence has hereunto subscribed his name & at whose request we have subscribed our names as witnesses. Testator; Frederick Power. Witnesses Thomas J. Bride P.P. Joseph Dicks.
