Fox Hr. Dec/6.19. Last will and testimony of Richard K. Healey canceling any other will or promises made by me.

1. All the land and sea property of which I am owner I will and bequeath to my three sons, James, Michael and Henry Healey.

2. To my present wife, Ellen Healey I will and bequeath the sum of $500.00 [five hundred dollars]

3. To my two daughters Mary Davis and Ann Furlong I leave the sum of 50 c fifty cents to be equally divided.

I Richard K. Healey attest upon the Sacred Scriptures that the above will has been made while in full control of all my faculties so help me God. Richard K. Healey. Witnesses John Davis Augustus Foley
