Will of Willis Clark

In re: WILLIS CLARK. DECEASED.

I Willis Clark of Norris Point Bonne Bay Dominion of Newfoundland, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following:

FIRST: I give devise and bequeath to the children of the deceased Rowland Clark, one Dwelling House and one Store attached to it, situated on the East part of the premises owned by me at Norris Point, this to be their share of all my property, also half of field situate by Methodist Church.

SECOND: I give devise and bequeath to George son of the deceased Theodore Clarke and his mother as long as she hold her name Clark One House and Store and one field situate at Deckers Cove.

THIRD: I give devise & bequeath to my wife Mary Jane and my daughter Maud their heirs and assigns for ever All my land and property situate at Deckers Cove, not otherwise disposed off, with Wharf, Shop, Store, with Dwelling house and Stock of Merchandise situate at Norris Point, and all other property real, personal and mixed of whatever nature and kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death. It is to be understood and my wish that the property left to my deceased son Rowland Clarks children is not to be occupied until Cecil Clark becomes Eighteen years of age.

I hereby appoint my daughter Maud Clark Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I Willis Clark the testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and my Seal this 20th day of October A. D. 1919.
