In re: NICHOLAS CHURCHILL HALFYARD. DECEASED
I Nicholas Churchill Halfyard of Bonne Bay Newfoundland, declare this to be my last will and testament I give bequeath and devise to my two sons named William Halfyard and Oliver Penny Halfyard there Heirs and assigns forever all the Property I now owned situated at Shole Brook Bonne Bay Newfoundland such as Houses store Land and Cattle together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining: to have and to hold the property above described to the said William Halfyard and Oliver Penny Halfyard there heirs and assigns forever and the said property mentioned is to be divided into two equal parts each taking his equal part
In witness I Nicholas Churchill Halfyard have hereunto set my hand this Twelfth Day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight Hundred and ninety nine (sgd) Nicholas Churchill his x mark Halfyard witness our hand this twelfth day of April A.D. 1899. (sgd) William Geary (sgd) J. C. Tapper
