Will of Jessie Susannah Smith

IN RE:   JESSE SUSANNAH SMITH.    DECEASED

This is the last will of me Jessie Susannah Smith widow residing at Western Cove in the District of St. Barbe Newfoundland Revoking all former wills I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Audrey Louisa Willett when she comes of the age of twenty one years, absolutely, all my moneys. I may die possessed of and outstanding amounts due me together with such personal effects specified to my sister Harriet Louisa Wood to be given to the said Audrey Louisa Willett

To my sister Harriet Louisa Warford the residue of my personal effects all debts owing by me to be paid out of the estate before distribution on the winding up the Estate the money to be deposited in the Newfoundland savings Bank to accumulate at Compound Interest and to be paid over to the said Audrey Louisa Willett on her twenty-first birthday In case of the death of the said Audrey L. Willett before the age of 21 years or without issue, at any time, all the aforesaid Legacies to Audrey L. Willett, to be paid to Eva Findlater of St. John's.

I hereby appoint James Alexander Winter executor of this my last will and testament Dated this 31st day of March A.D. 1911. Jessie Susanah Smith. Signed by the testatrix in the joint presence of us who thereupon signed our names in her and in each others presence this 31st day of March A.D. 1911 witnesses Herman L. Pearce Geo H. Pearce S.M.
