Will of Benjamin Osmond

IN RE:   BENJAMIN OSMOND.    DECEASED

I, Benjamin Osmond of Bonne Bay in the District of St. Barbe, Newfoundland, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding do make my last will and testament, in manner and form following.

First. I give and bequeath to my wife Maria, my dwelling house and store for the remainder of her life, and at her death to revert to my two sons Henry and Everett, share and share alike.

Second. I give and bequeath unto my four sons George, Henry, Lemuel, Everett, all my lands, to be equally divided between them.

Thirdly, I give and bequeath to Ethel Northcott, the sum of five hundred dollars.

Fourth. I give and bequeath unto my four sons George Henry Lemuel and Everett; the money now in the bank Nova Scotia, from which five hundred dollars was bequeathed to Ethel Northcott and the balance equally divided between the above named sons.

Fifth. I give and bequeath unto my five sons George, Benjamin, Henry, Lemuel and Everett, the principle, and accrued interest, of money invested at Ayre & Sons, Saint Johns. Newfoundland to be equally divided between the five above named sons.

Sixth. I hereby appoint William A. Preble executor, of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I, Benjamin Osmond the testator, have to this my last will and testament, set my hand and my seal, this thirteenth day of February 1926. (Signature code) BENJAMIN his x mark Osmond
