Witnesses were Duncan BARNES, Ada BARNES and James PARMITER (James hand writing was very hard to read, I’m not sure of this spelling. Record #174. Thomas HEATH, age 27, bachelor from Robert’s Arm, to Selina PADDOCK, age 19, spinster, on May 18, 1885 by James Pincock. Witnesses were George PARSONS, Mary ROBERTS and Samuel SHORT. Thomas, Selina and George signed with an X. The marriage took place in the house of George PARSONS in Robert’s Arm.

Record #178. James PADDOCK, age 23 from Robert’s Arm, to Margaret WISEMAN, age 27 from Triton by James Pincock on Sept 10, 1885. Witnesses were George PARSONS, Selina BROOKS and John WISEMAN. This marriage took place in the house of George PARSONS, Lushes Bight. (Note this is confusing because Marriage Record of 174 says "in the house of George Parsons, Robert’s Arm.” Since the groom was from Robert’s Arm and the bride from Triton, it makes no sense that the marriage occurred in Lushes Bight.)
