Pilley's Island - WWI Monument

The following are names of the young men from Pilley's Island (Green Bay) who died as a result of their service during WWI. These names are inscribed on a monument located on a hill near the old Methodist Church at Pilley's Island. At the time of copying this list, night was closing in and I hurriedly noted the names as they were read out to me, so for the surnames JONES and JANES, I cannot fully trust my notes here - it could be JANES or JONES but I believe it is as written.

Headstone inscriptions were transcribed by BARBARA PEDERSON, October 1998. While I have endeavored to be as correct as humanly possible, there may be typographical errors.
