Will of Willis Wiseman

In re: WILLIS WISEMAN. DECEASED.

Last Will and Testament of Mr. Willis Wiseman.

I, Willis Wiseman of Little Bay Islands, Newfoundland being of sound mind do hereby make this my last Will and Testament.
I devise and bequeath my property including Dwelling house, Store, Waterside, and land to my son Adolphe Jones, and in the event of his death before coming of age, the same to go to my wife Elsie and my daughter Ruth. My wife Elsie to act as Guardian of said property until my son Adolphe shall be of age. I also devise and bequeath my two Life Insurance Policies, one in the Confederation, the other in the Imperial to my wife Elsie, as well as all other personal property not before mentioned.

I hereby appoint my wife Elsie to be executrix of this my Will.
In witness whereof I hereby sign this and declare it to be my last Will and Testament, on the Tenth day of March, One thousand nine hundred and Twenty Three. (Sgnd)     WILLIS WISEMAN.
We hereby sign in the presence of the Testator, at his request, and in the presence of each other.
