?William White wed Betty Linthorne on Aug 10, 1755, at Poole Parish?

Was this marriage the basic reason for William White, Twillingate Planter, bequeathing to Charles Anstey and William Anstey, sons of Charles Anstey of Poole; part of his Twillingate plantation, per his Dec, 1765 PCC Will? The Churchwarden Accounts – Rate Books for Poole, Dorset, appear to indicate Ansteys were in Twillingate in 1761, and possibly earlier. (Thomas Anstey captained to Twillingate in 1759. This is likely a major point, for deeper research.)

William White wed Betty Linthorne on Aug 10, 1755, at Poole Parish. Wit: William Knapp & ?George Samways?

Betty Linthorne appears to be three generations downline of John Linthorne, the Poole, Dorset, Blacksmith, of 1659. John Linthorne - Edward Linthorne - Edward Linthorne - Betty Linthorne.

Poole Mariner, John Linthornes' Will of Jul 24, 1758, names Kinsman Edward Linthorne, Blacksmith of Poole. Also Elizabeth(Betty) White, sister of Edward Linthorne.
