In re the
estate of
William Snow deceased I William Snow of Fogo Newfoundland carpenter, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and testament. (1) I hereby appoint my son John Snow to be the executor of my will. (2) I hereby direct my executor to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease (3) I hereby devise and bequeath my house and fishing room, all gardens carpenter tools and all erections on the room, beds and bedding stores & cooking utensils to my son John Snow absolutely. 4. I further devise and bequeath to my son John Snow all the rest and residue of my personal and real estate to be his absolutely. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal at Fogo, this 7th day of November AD 1902 William his X mark Snow (LS) signed sealed and declared by said William Snow testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other do hereto subscribe our names as witness Michael E.
