In re WILLIAM B. HUGHES. DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me, William B. Hughes, of Twillingate, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Cooper, hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made. (I) I devise and bequeath all my estate, real and personal as follows: (II) (A) To my wife Gerogina M. Hughes my lands Houses and all other property belonging to me situate at Twillingate or elsewhere, for her sole use and benefit. (B) All monies of which I may die possessed, in the Bank of Nova Scotia or elsewhere
for sole use and benefit. (III) All the rest residue and remainder of my estate I give devise and bequeath unto my said wife. IV. I nomonate, constitute and appoint Charles White J. P. executor of this my last Will, with full power to execute any and all documents requisite to carry out this my last will. In witness whereof, I subscribe these presents as written this 12th day of April 1920. WILLIAM B. HUGHES.
