In re     WILLIAM BARTLETT      deceased.

    The last will and testament of Wm. Bartlett     I William Bartlett of Tilt Cove in the Northern District of Newfoundland being of sound mind and understanding do hereby make this my last will and testament
    1st I give and bequeath to my five sons Abraham- John- William- Joseph and Eleazer Bartlett- the shares I hold in the Toronto Loan and Investment Co. of Canada- that these shares may be equally divided Its my wish they be sold
    2nd I give and bequeath to my four daughters Mary Chant Ruth Elliott Louisa Liscombe & Sophia Bartlett the sum of twenty dollars each $20.00
    3rd I give my nets to my son Joseph Bartlett
    4th I give and bequeath the land and property at Youngs Cove Northweston to be sons William and Joseph Bartlett and my son in law Thomas Liscombe
    5th I give and bequeath all my Household furniture to my wife Martha Bartlett to be hers during her lifetime and at her death to go to my son Joseph Bartlett
    6th All also I possess I hereby give and bequeath to my wife Martha Bartlett to be used by her for her sole use and benefit, and to be disposed of by her as she may see fit and proper     I do appoint my wife Martha Bartlett as my sole administratrix and trust to her to see that my wishes (as made in this will are duly carried out Dated at Tilt Cove this 10th day of September 1908 sp; Signed Wm.
