IN RE: WILLIAM CLARK. DECEASED I give, devise and bequeath to my sons, Alfred, Stanley and Willis, in equal parts, share and share alike, all my property, real and personal what-so-ever and where-so-ever located. Nevertheless it is my desire that my said sons shall support and maintain in comfort and respectability my wife Phoebe during her natural life, and at the time of her decease provide a fitting burial for her remains. And, further in the matter of my said wife's support, each of my said sons shall contribute his proportional part, always maintaining my said wife in my home as long as she desires to remain. It is also my injunction that in view of the premises that my said sons, at the time of my decease shall, bearing the expenses proportionally, provide for my body a fitting burial and pay such of my lawful debts as may be due and owing. And to the foregoing end and purpose, I do hereby nominate and appoint Robert Rice N. P.
