IN RE: THOMAS WELSHMAN. DECEASED To the said John Harding and Joseph Harding I give also all of my garden grounds. My part of the dwelling house which I possess conjointly with the said John Harding I leave to my dear wife Elizabeth Welshman for her use during her lifetime and at her decease it shall become the property of my said grandson Joseph Harding. I give unto my dear wife the said Elizabeth Welshman all of my household goods and all the monies which shall be in my house at the time of my decease with all of whatever monies I may have at that time in the Bank of Montreal and in the Newfoundland Savings Bank for her own use and benefit while she lives, and at her decease the said monies shall be equally divided between my daughter Mary Ann Harding, my said grandson Joseph Harding and my granddaughter Clara Cooper. And I appoint the said Joseph Harding executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven Thomas his x mark Welshman Signed by the said Thomas Welshman the testator in the joint presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Arthur Pittman John Thomas Welshman Certified correct, D.
