In re: THOMAS EARLE . DECEASED. Nevertheless it is my desire that my wife Annie shall remain in my dwelling house in full enjoyment of the privilege of occupying the same with the use of all the furniture therein as long as she remains single, but should she marry again then my said wife Annie shall forfeit her right to remain in my home, and at the date of such marriage, should it occur, my son Frederick shall immediately come into possession of my said dwelling house with all the rights and privileges of ownership. And to the foregoing end and purpose I hereby nominate and appoint Robert Rice J.P. Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
