In re THOMAS BOWER deceased. KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I Thomas Bower of Nippers Harbor, in the district of Twillingate Nfld fisherman being in ill health but of sound sane and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me at any time heretofore. And as to my worldly estate and all my property real personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise, bequeath and dispose of in the manner following, to wit. I give devise and bequeath to my friend William Russell, (now living in house with me) all my household furniture, my dwelling house, stage, flakes, gardens, and lands of every description and property on and thereto attached of which I shall be possessed at the time of my decease, to have and to hold the same, his successors heirs executors administrator and assigns for him and their use and behalf forever. Provided that the said William Russell do maintain support and care for both myself and my sister (Mrs Amy Pittman) to the best of his ability a home and all necessaries pertaining to their comfort and maintenance and that he also paying funeral expences of both myself and my sister Mrs. Amy Pittman at the time of our decease and it is farther my will that he the said William Russell agree here and now to do so in the presence of the undersigned And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint Walter B. Milley, Herbert H. Batstone and James Bower (all of Nippers Harbor at present) to be the executors of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I the said Thomas Bower have to this my last will and testament contained on this one sheet of paper subscribed my name, and affixed my seal this seventh day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen. We the undersigned also are witnesses that the said William Russell have agreed to comply with the conditions laid down in this will and testament by the said Thomas Bower
