IN RE: STEPHEN BURTON YOUNG. DECEASED
Twillingate Newfoundland April 19th 1910 This is the last will and Testament of me Stephen Burton Young, of Twillingate Newfoundland, Fisherman. A To my son Elias Young, Fisherman, I give, devise and bequeath, all my Right Title and Interest in the Land and waterside with all the Erections thereon situated on the South Island of Twillingate and bounded as follows. On the front or N. West, by the Harbor, on the S. West, by Coopers property, on the N East, by Guy's property, and on back by F & E Youngs property, on which Room I have lived all my life. Also the residue of Furniture, Fishery effects or articles whatsoever that shall remain after my decease. To have & to hold the same for ever. B I will and bequeath to my Executors the sum of Forty Dollars to be expended by them in a Suitable Headstone, to be erected over my Grave which I wish shall be in Hearts Cove Cemetery near my late Relatives, and on which my late dear wifes name shall also be inscribed. Also to provide suitable railing around each grave my wife being buried in the New Cemetery C After my funeral expenses are paid (I have no other debts) I will and bequeath To my Daughter Harriet Roberts, and my four sons Abram, Isaac, Jacob, and Elias, in equal shares the Residue of any Cash remaining in my Box which is all I now have. D I appoint as Executors of this my last will my son Elias Young and my friend Wm John Scott Esq J.P. Magistrate, who are to be paid according to Law. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of April one thousand nine hundred & ten A.D.
