IN RE: SAMUEL P. CLARKE. DECEASED I bequeath to my wife all my land & property monies in Bank and all my possessions untill her death, after her death my land to be equally divided between my daughter Pearl and my son in law Adolphus Dove, But in case he Adolphus Dove leave not to sell the land, He can sell his house but not the land the House stands on, But in case he stays on the land half of it to be his, His heirs & successors for ever, Adolphus Dove to have a right of way to the Main Road as he now has. My own house and furniture to be my daughter Pearls after her mothers death. I hereby appoint Joseph H. Blackler my executor SAMUEL his X mark CLARKE
We hereby certify the above mark to be Samuel Clarkes. Signed in the presence of us both, and in the presence of each other after being carefully read over to him the Testator. Sgd Geo M.
