Will of Silas Clarke

In re: SILAS CLARKE. DECEASED.

I the undersigned Silas Clarke being in my right mind & having the use of my bodily faculties do declare this to be my last will & testament & that in this same I do give & bequeath to my adopted son Silas Patey my Fishing establishment with all its property situated in little Braha & further I do give & bequeath to the said Silas Patey the sum of Eight hundred & ninty six dollars found in my cash box.

I also give & bequeath to my only & beloved daughter Mary Ann Windsor of Triton Notre Dame Bay the sum of Fourteen hundred & Sixty three dollars & Sixty two cents the amt of my Investment in the Bank of Nova Scotia with any interest thereon and further all the furniture & fittings of my bed-room with the exception of the table & a photograph of my Sister. The said table being the property of Silas Patey & the Photograph of his son Norman.
