Samuel R. Gillette deceased
I Samuel R. Gillette of Durrel's Arm Twillingate South Island, of Newfoundland in the Northern District of Newfoundland make this my last will and testament while in possession of sound mind and memory this twenty second day of March AD. 1906 I give and devise and bequeath my property real and personal in the following manner that is to say (a) After all my just debts are paid out of my Life Insurance Policy. I give and devise the remainder of my money that may be derived from my Life Insurance Policy to my father James Gillette and my wife Mary Elizabeth Gillette to be divided equally between them.
In witness whereof I hereby set my hand on the day and date above mentioned Samuel Gillette Signed by the Testator in the presence of each of us who by his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses of the same Adam Pond Charles White Certified Correct |
