In re: ROBERT BURT SR. DECEASED

Musgrave Harbor February 2nd 1907
To all whom these presents may come I Robert Burt Senior of Musgrave Harbor, do hereby give voluntarily of my own free will and accord to my son Hugh Burt with whom I have lived and shall live unto the day of my death, the power to use out of what monies I possess in the bank of Montreal at St. John's being Two hundred and forty six dollars and twenty four cts (246.74.) for the purpose of defraying the expences of my funeral, & a tombstone and also to receive and use for himself and family, whatever may be left after all my expences and debts are paid in witness hereof

I now set my hand and seal hereunto in the presence of the two undersigned witnesses this second day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven signed Robert his X mark Burt Sr. Witnesses John B. Wheeler J. Reace J.R. Whiteway February 2nd 1907 Musgrave Harbor February 2nd 1907

To The Manager of Bank of Montreal Please give and deliver over to my son Hugh Burt whatever monies I possess in your Bank, as my lawful Heir thereto after my decease Signed Robert his X mark Burt Sr. Witnesses J.R. Whiteway John B. Wheeler J.P. February 2nd. 1907.
