In re: PHOEBE HOWSE. DECEASED.
Know all men by these presents, that I Phoebe Howse of Burlington in the
District of Twillingate, Newfoundland, being in ill health but of sound and disposing
mind and memory do make and publish my last Will and Testament in reference to
my share of a piece of land situated at Burlington in the District of
Twillingate, Newfoundland.
My share of the above mentioned land I will and bequeath to
my grandson Frederick Clarence Diamond; and I appoint my son James House(?), to
take care of said piece of land and to use it if he so desires till my grandson
Frederick Clarence Diamond reaches the age of 21 years.
And I nominate and appoint Samuel Young and Lloyd Mills to be the Executors of
this my last Will and Testament.
In testimony whereof I the said Phoebe Howse have to this my last Will and
Testament subscribed my name on this 14th day of July in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen
