IN RE: PHILIP HICKS. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me Philip Hicks of Carmanville Newfoundland in the District of Fogo made this day of February 9 in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 20 I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my three sons Kenneth Hicks Enos Hicks George Hicks of Carmanville Fogo District Newfoundland to be my Executors, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my son Kenneth Hicks his part of fishing room and any thing else you feel right they old store will be as usual among yours all. ENOS HICKS Also to enjoy his part of fishing room. And the Barometer I give it to be his own HENRY GEORGE HICKS takes one share of the fishing room if he need it at any time GEORGE MAXWELL comes in for his fathers part of the room I suppose. Now this is Henry George Hicks. And the land and all thats in the house clear of Maxs part and the few things he has in it. Now about the few tools I suppose the will be used as usual As to the land it is in four shares And four shares only no other person gets any claim or share.
