IN RE:   KENNETH W. DEAN.    DECEASED

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ME, KENNETH W. DEAN. MADE THIS TWENTY FIRST DAY OF MAY, A.D. 1926... IN BOTWOOD, NEWFOUNDLAND. AS FOLLOWS.

I BEQUEATH ALL MY LANDS, TENEMENTS AND HEREDITAMENTS, AND ALL MY HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, MONEY, IN HAND OR IN BANK, SECURITIES FOR MONEY, MONEY SECURED BY LIFE INSURANCE, GOODS AND CHATTELS, AND ALL OTHER PARTS OF MY REAL OR PERSONAL ESTATE AND EFFECTS WHATSOEVER AND WHERESOEVER, UNTO MY WIFE LUCINDA LUCY DEAN, HER HEIRS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS, TO AND FOR HER AND THEIR ABSOLUTE USE AND BENEFIT, ACCORDING TO THE NATURE AND QUALITY THEREOF RESPECTIVELY, SUBJECT ONLY TO THE PAYMENT OF MY JUST DEBTS, FUNERAL AND TESTAMENTARY EXPENSES, AND THE CHARGE OF PROVING AND REGISTERING THIS MY WILL.

AND I APPOINT MY SAID WIFE EXECUTRIX OF THIS MY WILL.

AND THEREBY REVOKE ALL OTHER WILLS.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I HEREUNTO SET MY HAND AND SEAL, THE DAY AND YEAR ABOVE MENTIONED.
