Will of John Small

In re: JOHN SMALL. DECEASED.

I, John Small, of Tizzards Harbour in the Dominion of Newfoundland, being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows:

(1) I give devise and bequeath all my property real and personal, situate at Tizzards Harbour or elsewhere, of which I may die possessed, unto my two sons George Small and Sandy Small for their sole use and benefit forever.

(2) it is my will that the said devised and bequeathed property be equally divided amongst my two sons above named.

(3) I hereby appoint and constitute Charles White J. P. of Twillingate my Executor whose decision in all matters shall be final, and hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made.

In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name this 1st day of October A. D. 1920. JOHN his X mark SMALL Signed in the presence of Andrew Young Charles White.
