Will of John Pelley

IN RE:   JOHN PELLEY.    DECEASED

I, John Pelley of Change Islands, Fisherman, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following:-

I give devise and bequeath to my brother Joseph, One hundred dollars, and my sister Maggie, one hundred dollars, and my Life Ins Policy to my Niece Emily LeDrew, Daughter of George LeDrew.

To my sister Susan Moore, I leave all my property, comprising Dwelling House, Stages, Flakes, Gardens and all land connected therewith, also Codtraps, Herring Nets, Boats, Skiffs and all other property not here mentioned, also all money belonging to me or found in my name in any Bank or elsewhere.

I hereby appoint John Roberts executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In Witness Whereof, I John Pelley the testator, have to this my last Will and Testament, set my hand and seal, this 16th day of October, A.D. 1924.

Signed, Sealed, and published and declared by the above named John Pelley, as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request, as witnesses thereto in presence of the said testator, and of each other.
