 In re     JOHN HENRY ROBINSON      deceased.

    Northern District Newfoundland Tilt Cove to wit: May 13th 1916.
Know all men that I John Henry Robinson of Shoe Cove Bight Northern District of Newfoundland of my own free will being at this time sound in mind & understanding do hereby make this my last will and testament revoking any former wills.
1st I give and bequeath to my brother Obidiah Robinson my fishing room situate at Shoe Cove Bight, with all my fishing gear household furniture and everything appertaining thereto
2nd I give and bequeath to my sister Susannah Newbury of Shoe Cove Bight the sum of two hundred dollars to be paid from my life insurance.
3rd I give and bequeath to my dear wife Hester Anne Robinson the residue of my Life Policy and whatever else I may possess at the time of my death after paying my just and legal debts, Funeral expenses etc     I appoint Henry James Newbury as my executor.     In witness whereof I have this day set my hand & seal     John Henry his X mark Robinson     We the undersigned Wm. Cunningham J.P. and Henry James Newbury were present and did see John Henry Robinson place his mark to the foregoing document after the same was read over & explained Signed Wm.
