Will of James Sansome

In re: JAMES SANSOME. DECEASED.

I James Sansome aged 66 Yrs of Seal Cove Fridays Bay in the Electoral District of Twillingate being of sound mind do hereby make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

I appoint Alex Sansome executor of this my will.

1. I give and bequeath to Lydia Sansome my wife of Seal Cove Fridays Bay in the Electoral District of Twillingate my dwelling house and effects until her death when same shall go to my son Robert Sansome.

2. I give and bequeath to said Lydia Sansome (my wife) of Seal Cove Fridays Bay in the Electoral District of Twillingate one (½ ) half trap and Cattle and other fishing property etc.

3. I give and bequeath to my sons Robert & Paul Sansome of Seal Cove Fridays Bay in the Electoral District of Twillingate all my land share and share alike Should the later ever return home & require same, but up till that date the same shall be in possession of my son Robert.

4. Should son Paul return home he shall have the same rights & privileges to Water side premises as son Robert.
