Will of James Norris

IN RE:   JAMES NORRIS.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Norris of Three Arms in the District of Twillingate

FIRST I revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

SECOND I devise and bequeath all my property of whatsoever kind or description that I may die possessed of or entitled to at the time of my death unto my said wife Mary Ann Norris absolutely and I appoint my son John J. Norris Executor of this my Will. It is my wish and desire that my said wife shall within three months of my death make such testamentary dispositions of my said estate hereby bequeathed to her that upon her death the then remaining portion of the said estate shall be divided amongst all my children.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 6th day of February A.D. 1907 at St. John's Newfoundland.

Signed by the said James Norris as his last Will in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
