In re: HENRY HAMYLIN. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Hamylin of Crow Head, Twillingate, being of sound mind and memory

(1) I give and bequeath to my son Dorman Hamylin all monies of which I may die possessed in the Bank of Nova Scotia or elsewhere, for his sole use and benefit for ever.

2. I give and devise unto my said son Dorman Hamylin my dwelling house and furniture for his sole use and benefit for ever; but my horse I give to my son Martin Hamylin.

3. All my land and other property is to be equally divided between my two sons Martin Hamylin and Dorman Hamylin in equal shares for their sole use and benefit forever.

4. I hereby appoint and constitute Charles White N. P. Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
