In the name of God, Amen I, Frederick George Talbot, being of sound mind, do make this my last will and Testament. I give and bequeath all my real and personal property of which I may be possessed at death, that is to say, dwelling house and ground, a certain sum of money due me, upon the Books of William Waterman and Company; a small share in a hitherto unworked mine at Western Arm, Green Bay; as well as all other money, goods and chattels to me belonging; to my wife Margaret Talbot, for her sole use and benefit, witness my hand and seal, this Eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four Frederick G.
