This is the last will and Testament of me Elias Peyton of Back Harbor. I will and bequeath to my son William Peyton all that portion of land given me by my late father, some thirty five years ago with dwelling house and store and sundry outhouses thereto belonging also two cows, a horse, and a pig also all my tools and utensils for outdoor labor. I bequeath my household furniture to my wife to be at her disposal.
I appoint William J. Scott and William Blackler as my executors
