Bridget Judge deceased.
This is the last will and Testament of me. Mrs. Bridget Judge presently residing Tilt Cove Mine, Notre Dame Bay, Newfoundland. I hereby revoking all former wills at any time made by me, and being desirous of settling my affairs in the event of my decease, and having full confidence in the persons after named as Trustees and Executors, Do hereby give, grant, assign, dispose, convey, and make over to and in favor of Roman Catholic Bishops of the Roman Catholic Harbor Grace Diocese in Newfoundland and the survivor of them, as Trustees and in Trust for the purposes after mentioned the whole Estate and effects, heritable and movable, real and personal, presently belonging to me and that shall belong to me at the time of my decease, together with the whole units and vouchers thereof: and I nominate and appoint the said Roman Catholic Bishop and the survivor of them, to be my sole executors and trustees of this my will, but declaring that these presents are granted in Trust always for the purpose after mentioned, viz.” Charles H.
