ANNIE LOYTE deceased.
This is the last will and testament of me Annie Loyte widow of the late John Loyte of Harts Cove Twillingate Northern District I give devise & bequeath all my right title and interest in and to the property formerly belonging to my late husband John Loyte consisting of dwelling house, one fishing boat 1 Herring net, 1 cooking stove, one sideboard, 1 couch, 3 kitchen chairs, one large table at Wm. Loytes house, one bureau, one washstand, one rocking chair one large Jug, one large Basin, one Bedstead, one feather bed, one Iron Kettle, two pots, one gents watch, one Ladies watch Crockeryware etc. to my brother Stephen Loveridge of North Side Twillingate to have and to hold the same paying all amounts that may be due by me.
