IN RE: AMELIA SLADE. DECEASED
2 two Feather Beds 1 one Iron Bedstead 1 Seamens Chest (Wood) bequeathed by his father.
2. I give devise and bequeath unto my son John Slade (Engineer) 3. I give devise and bequeath unto my son Ernest Slade. 1 Feather Bed 4. Tools and Household Effects consisting of furniture Crockeryware Lamps Pictures Books Glassware Mats canvas Clothing Bedding Stoves and all wares left by me at the time of my death to be equal divided between my three sons as follows Frederick Stanley, John and Ernest to share and share alike. 5. All moneys in the Bank and also in my possession at the time of my death. Divided as follows First the sum of $200.00 Two hundred dollars in cash and one $20.00 twenty dollar gold piece to be paid to my son Ernest Slade. left him by his father at the time of his death. The balance of moneys left by me at the Bank and in my possession to be Equally Divided between all my children living at the time of my Death. Or in case the Death of any of my married children before me their share to be Equally Divided between the children of the Deceased. The property consisting of Dwelling House all Out Houses Store Wharf Stage and Lands Fruit trees and other trees to await the finding of the will left by my Husband the late Frederick Slade Failing to find the will of my late husband Frederick Slade I bequeath the Dwelling house and all out houses to my son Ernest and the Land to be Equally Divided between my three sons Frederick Stanley John and Ernest whenever the require it shared. 7. I appoint Frederick Stanley Slade Captain at Millertown and Kenneth Manuel of Loon Bay, Merchant to be Executors of this my Will. 8.
