IN RE: AGNES HYNES. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me, Agnes Hynes widow of Tilting and I hereby appoint P. J. Bryan to be my Executor of said will.
First of the money now in the Royal Bank of Canada belonging to me I give Two hundred dollars for the purpose of paying all expenses in connection with my funeral expenses and will, for the purchase and erection of a headstone and remainder to pay for masses, as shall be directed by my executor.
Secondly. To my beloved niece Maria F. Dwyer. I leave the sum of two hundred dollars also all my personal effects and belongings of all description.
Thirdly To my nephews

and Bernard Hynes of James I give the sum of Fifty Dollars each.
Fourthly To my nephews.
