John Franklin LeDrew deceased This is the last will and testament of me John F. LeDrew, of Change Islands, Nfld. Seaman, hereby revoking all wills testaments or codicils by me at any time heretofore made revoking all wills, testaments or codicils by me at any time heretofore made (I presume the repetition is an error on the part of the court clerk) I devise and bequeath all my Estate, real and personal to my executors and trustees hereinafter named in trust for the purposes following:- Firstly to pay my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, and hereafter, in trust, to dispose of and pay over or convey the same to the person or persons or corporations hereinafter named as follows:- [1] to convey to my brothers Lewis and Robert my real estate. Being that piece of land known as lot seventeen [17] of block five [5] North Range Two [2] west map 1943, in the District of New Westminster. And that piece of land known as and being lot twenty-three [23] of block sixteen [16] of subdivision of part of section forty-eight [48] Victoria City, map 835 together with five hundred [500] dollars for their sole use and benefit. [2] and the balance of what money may be left I give to my father John G. LeDrew and in the event of his death to go to the support of his widow. All the rest and residue of my Estate I devise and bequeath to I nominate, constitute and appoint Egdar Latehouse Carpenter of Victoria, A.L. Kingee(?) Of Victoria, Carpenter executors and trustees of this my last will, and trustees of this my last will, (again I presume the repetition to be an error of the court clerk) with full power and authority to sell and dispose of all my Estate where necessary and execute any and all documents requisite to carry out this my will, and should one or more of my said executors or trustees wish to retire I authorize them to appoint a successor instead thereof.
