Ephraim Wall deceased

This is the last will and Testament of Ephraim Wall of Cotrels Cove New Bay, Planter. I give bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Wall my land and premises situate at Cotrels Cove New Bay together with dwelling house, stores, stables, lobster factory stage and flakes, household furniture and effects. Also my fishing gear and utensils used in prosecuting the cod and salmon fisheries namely, cod trap salmon and herring nets lines twine and rope. Anchors and grapnels. Also my lobster traps with moorings thereto belonging. Boats and skiffs used in the fisheries or other purposes in short whatever is mine at the time of my decease I give and bequeath to my wife aforesaid for her own absolute use and benefit. I further give and bequeath to my said wife Mary Ann Wall, my land situate at South East Arm of New Bay - Also my money in Bank of Montreal cash on hand, or any security I may have for monies due and owing me at the time of my decease. And I hereby appoint my said wife Mary Ann Wall, Sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name by affixing my mark at Twillingate this twenty fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and four. A.D. 1904. Ephraim his X mark Wall. Signed sealed and delivered by the said Testator having been first read over and explained in the presence of us this 25th day of October, 1904 Thomas Peyton NP. Mary A Peyton.
