I Julia Small of Mortons Harbor in the electoral district of Twillingate Newfoundland widow on the thirtieth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, declare this to be my last Will & Testament. I give & bequeath to my son, Willis Small all the money that will remain after my decease. I appoint my said son executor of this my will. In witness whereof I Julia Small, have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of December 1915 - Julia Small - subscribed by the testatrix in the presence of each of us and at the same time, after the will was read in her presence, & after she declared it to be perfectly agreeable & when she appears to be in her right mind witness our hands this thirtieth day of December A.D. 1915 Jabez Small Ray W. Osmond
