This is the last will and testament of Thomas Ginn of Fogo. I hereby give and bequeath to my wife Kezia(?) Ginn, her heirs, executors, and administrators forever my dwelling house and all my personal effects, together with one-fourth share of all movable property, which includes all nets, traps &c and craft of whatsoever kind by me possessed. I further give and bequeath to my three sons viz Walter Scott, Arthur and Thomas Albert, their heirs, executors and administrators forever each an equal share or right to all of the land by me possessed so long as he shall live thereon. Also to each of said three sons, one-fourth share of all movable property, including all nets, traps &c and craft of whatsoever kind as aforesaid. I also give and bequeath to my wife aforesaid all the money in my own keeping. Keeping further to my three sons aforesaid and seven daughters namely Sarah Ann Lodie, Isabella Blandford, Priscilla Emma Kendall, Jessie Piercey, Louisa Jane Newman, Julia Ginn and Eliza Ginn to their heirs executors and administrators forever. I hereby give and bequeath, an equal share of my money in the Savings Bank at St. John's to be paid to them severally as soon as my youngest son Albert shall be twenty-one years of age. Proviso:- Should one or more wish so to do upon leaving this country to go elsewhere, he or she may draw his or her part of said money before the expiration of said time. To my youngest daughter Eliza I also give and bequeath the bed and bedding used by me. And I hereby with his consent appoint my friend Mr. Archibald Frederick Banks as executor of this my Will.
