In re
Abel Burton deceased I, Abel Burton, of Harts Cove, Twilingate. in the Dominion of Newfoundland, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in manner and form following. First. I give and bequeath unto my wife Amelia Burton one-half of all monies of which I may die possessed, the remainder of my money I give and bequeath unto my son Albert Burton for his sole use and benefit forever. Second. I give and devise unto my son Arthur Burton, the land upon which his house stands and the right of way thereto which he has formerly occupied. Third. I give devise and bequeath all my land and water-side to my two sons John and Albert, in equal parts, Albert is to have the Western side, and John the Eastern side, My dwelling is to be my wife's so long as she remains unmarried, at her death it is to become the property of my son Albert. Fourth. I give and devise unto my son Albert Burton all my tools and gun. Fifth. It is will that no part of my property given and devised is to be sold until the expiration of ten years after my death. Sixth. All the rest residue and remainder of my property I give devise and bequeath unto my son Albert for his sole use and benefit forever. Lastly, I hereby appoint and constitute Charles White J.P. to be executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made heretofore.
