In re
Geddis Redman deceased This is the last will and testament of me Geddis Redman of Harry's Harbor in the Island of Newfoundland, Clerk. I hereby revoke all testamentary writings heretobefore executed by me and declare this to be my last will and testament made and executed at Harry's Harbor on the 25th day of September A.D. 1918. I appoint my brothers Edward Redman and Leonard Redman executors of this my will. I bequeath the whole of my estate real and personal and of whatsoever nature and kind to my said executors for subject to the following bequests trusts and purposes, that is to say. I desire that my sister Tephi Redman shall receive of my estate seven hundred and fifty dollars, I also desire that my sister Malvina Cherry shall receive five hundred dollars. I also desire that my sister Araminta Lee two hundred and fifty dollars, I also desire that my brother Walker Redman shall receive two hundred and fifty dollars. I also desire that my sister-in-law Elfrieda Blanche Redman shall receive two hundred and fifty dollars. I also desire that my parents Edward and Elizabeth Redman shall receive the balance of cash due me. I also desire that my two lots of real estate situated at Calgary, Canada, known as lots 39 and 40 Hubalta Heights, shall immediately become the property of my brother Walker Redman. I also desire that all my personal belongings shall become the immediate property of Walker Redman with the exception of my camera and accessories which I desire to give to Elfrieda Blanche Redman. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Harry's Harbor aforesaid on the day and year aforesaid. Geddis Redman. Signed published and declared by Geddis Redman as his last will and testament, in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.
