ST. FRANCIS HARBOUR ON THE COAST OF LABRADORE .

This is to certify that I JOHN WALTON have had ? a few? ? winter? for fear of any evidence and to certify my Merchants in England which is MR. JOHN BIRD, MARKET STREET, POOLE DORSET and also MR. JOSEPH BIRD STURMINSTER NEWTON DORSET that what money I have in their hand my DAUGHTER CHARITY WALTON is to have all they have in their hands, and all the ffur traps ? in this country CAPN PHILIP BEARD Ag? For MR.MESSRS PINSON and (H?)INDS is to have it and for CAPTN PHILIP BEARD to see my DAUGHTER ? about the money in England. As witness our Hand this 12th Day of September 1802.

On the sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four administration (with the will annexed) of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of JOHN WALTON otherwise WALDEN late of SAINT FFRANCIS HARBOUR on the Coast of LABRADORE in the Island of Newfoundland deceased was granted to WILLIAM LAMB/SAML? HOSKIN/HOCKIN? the lawful attorney of PHILIP BEARD the sole executor named in the said will to whom administration was granted he having been first sworn by commission duly to administer for the use and benefit of the said Executor now at Sea.
