Will of James Walter McCullock M.D.

In re: JAMES W. MCCULLOCK. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me James Walter McCullock Doctor of Medicine of St. John’s Newfoundland (formerly of Ferryland) I hereby revoke all wills by me at anytime heretofore made I appoint Thomas M McNeil Esqr Druggist of St. John’s to be my executor, and direct that all my just debts & funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient may be after my decease.

I give devise and bequeath unto Kate Keough my late housekeeper the sum of fifty dollars, I give devise and bequeath unto Mathie Keough of Aquaforte the sum of fifty dollars. The balance of the Estate is to be divided equally amongst my brother Douglas D. McCullock and my two sisters Rebecca Martin McCullock and Isabella Josphine McCullock. In witness whereof I the said J W McCullock have to this my last will and Testament set my name this 30th day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and two (sgd) J. W. McCullock witnessed by (sgd) Michael Murphy (sgd) J. P. Curtin
