IN RE: JAMES KEARLEY. DECEASED First I give and bequeath to my daughter Estella Jensen the sum of Three hundred dollars from my Life Insurance policy. The balance of the policy to be divided equally between my two daughters Hilda Kearley and Rebecca Kearley. Secondly. The sum of Two hundred dollars in the house to be divided equally amongst my three children Estella Jensen, Hilda Kearley and Rebecca Kearley The sum of Sixty dollars for my sister-in-law Priscilla Kearley. Thirdly. I give and bequeath my Gold watch and chain to my nephew Thomas Kearley. Fourthly. I dispose of certain household furniture as follows: To Hilda Kearley the organ to Rebecca Kearley the chiffonier; and to John Kearley my Australian ulster, to Horace Jensen my silver watch. Fifthly. I give and bequeath the house and land on which it stands and other furniture in the house not specially mentioned between my two daughters Hilda Kearley and Rebecca Kearley until they get married and both shall live together in the house after being married Sixthly. I give and bequeath the piece of land and waterfront below the road in front of my house to John Kearley and the piece where Estella Jensen's house is to Estella Jensen Seventhly I give and bequeath the bedstead which I am now using and my ring to my daughter Rebecca Kearley I do hereby appoint Frederick Curnew Sub - Collector at Belleoram to be Executor of this my last will and Testament and he shall not be required to give any bond for the carrying out of the same. All and any residue that may remain I give and bequeath to my two daughters Hilda Kearley and Rebecca Kearley to be divided equally between them. D. M.
