Henry Richard Clinton deceased.
I Henry Richard Clinton of Saint Jacques Fortune Bay Newfoundland being in sound mind make this my last will and Testament. I leave and bequeath to my wife Francis Clinton one-third of the property (land) situate at Fox Cove Fortune Bay the remaining two thirds to go to my sister Mary J. Clinton single and Caroline (now Mrs. W.J. Hogan) my other property situate at St. Jacques consisting of Dwelling House Three outhouses land horse cow ?? & boat I leave and bequeath to my said wife Francis Clinton and I do hereby appoint Denis J. Burke and Frances Clinton to be my executor & Executrix respectively Dated at St. Jacques this second day of March 1909. Henry R. Clinton Witness W. J. Burke My sister Mary J.
