In the name of God. Amen. I Esther Marshall being in my right mind and having all my faculties intact for which I thank God, do hereby make my last will and testament

1st. It is my wish that the house and grounds attached are to be sold. The proceeds to be disbursed as follows

2nd Twenty dollars to procure a headstone to the memory of my late mother Joan Cluett.

3. Twenty dollars to my nephew John Marshall Verge In case of his death taking place before mine the $20.00 is to be given to the family.

4. To my niece Susan Grace Verge the bed & bedding which she now uses is to become her property also one trunk & its contents is also to become the property of my niece Susan Grace Verge

5th. It is to be understood that a headstone & iron railings be provided for my grave out of the proceeds of the sale of the house & property.

6th. It is also my wish that whatever property I may have house, lands, household furniture & money is to be disbursed & sold for the welfare of the Church provided the Churchwardens take care of the graves of the late Rev. John Marshall & mine

7th. It is my wish that Mr. Arthur Cunningham & Mr. Levi Angus McCuish be executors to this my last will & Testament.
