Will of Robert Fever

IN RE:   ROBERT FEVER.    DECEASED

I Robert Fever, of the Town of Grand Falls, Newfoundland, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament.

I hereby appoint the Reverend T. Edgar Loder, to be the sole executor of my will.

I hereby direct my said executor to pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

I hereby bequeath to my mother, Maria Fever, the sum of three hundred dollars.

I hereby bequeath to my wife, Mary Fever, the balance of all cash in my name at the bank of Montreal or on hand and my furniture.

I hereby bequeath to my son, Orlando Fever, all my life insurance payments, the same to be held in trust for him by my executor, who is authorized to pay for his maintenance and education, whatever he considers necessary until my son is twenty one years of age, when he will receive from my executor whatever balance remains.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this fifteenth day of September, 1925. ROBERT FEVER.

This is the last will and testament of Robert Fever, signed in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof.
