Will of Jonas Soper

IN RE:   JONAS SOPER.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Jonas Soper, of Grand Falls, Civil Service Pensioner, in the Colony of Newfoundland, made this fourth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty four.

I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore.

I appoint my wife Maria Soper, of Grand Falls aforesaid to be my Executrix, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give and bequeath unto my wife, Maria Soper, all my worldly possessions including the "Bungalow" at Grand Falls, aforesaid, now occupied by me (and held under mortgage by my daughter Jessie Petrie) together with all Household Furniture and Personal Effects contained therein, or in my possession, for her, the said Maria Soper, full use and support during the period of her natural life, and at the death of my said wife, the said "Bungalow", Household Furniture and Personal Effects shall be and become the absolute property of my children, Viz: Jessie Petrie, Alice Soper, Mabel Hackett, Elsie Baird and Donald M. Soper and their heirs in equal proportions. Jona Soper
